Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services of Viper Security Inc, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
We provide:
- Leasing and sale of mobile surveillance units
- SaaS platforms related to surveillance systems
- Installation and servicing of security systems
- Equipment sales (including drop-shipped products)
- Monitoring and security-related integrations
2. Use of Services
You agree to:
- Use our products and services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws
- Not use surveillance equipment in violation of privacy laws
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Proper installation environment (unless installed by us)
- Legal use of surveillance equipment
- Obtaining any required consents or notices for recording
- Securing your login credentials
4. Payments
- All fees are due as agreed in invoices or contracts
- Subscription (SaaS) services may be billed monthly or annually
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
5. Leasing Terms
For leased equipment:
- Equipment remains property of the Company unless otherwise stated
- You are responsible for damage, loss, or misuse
- Equipment must be returned upon termination of lease
6. Product Sales & Drop Shipping
- Some products may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers
- Shipping times and availability may vary
- Risk of loss may transfer upon delivery depending on carrier terms
7. Third-Party Integrations
We may integrate or resell third-party technologies. We are not liable for:
- Third-party service outages
- Manufacturer defects (covered under their warranties)
- Changes made by third-party providers
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee prevention of crime, loss, or security incidents
9. Warranties
- Products may include manufacturer warranties
- Services are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- Use is unlawful or abusive
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
