Sales, Refund, and Service Policy

1. Equipment Sales

All equipment sales are subject to availability. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.


2. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within [X] days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective
  • Certain items (custom, installed, or special-order equipment) may be non-refundable

Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.


3. Drop-Ship Orders

  • Products shipped directly from suppliers may have separate return procedures
  • Customers must follow manufacturer or supplier return policies where applicable

4. Installation Services

  • Installation services are non-refundable once completed
  • Any issues must be reported within [X] days

5. Leasing Services

  • All leases are subject to availability. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
  • Lease payments are non-refundable
  • Early termination may incur fees per contract terms

6. SaaS Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Services may be canceled with notice per agreement terms

7. Warranties & Repairs

  • Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers unless otherwise stated
  • Service calls and repairs may incur additional fees

8. Shipping Issues

  • Report damaged or missing items within 5 days of delivery
  • We will assist in claims with carriers or suppliers
