Sales, Refund, and Service Policy

1. Equipment Sales
All equipment sales are subject to availability. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be requested within [X] days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective
- Certain items (custom, installed, or special-order equipment) may be non-refundable
Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.
3. Drop-Ship Orders
- Products shipped directly from suppliers may have separate return procedures
- Customers must follow manufacturer or supplier return policies where applicable
4. Installation Services
- Installation services are non-refundable once completed
- Any issues must be reported within [X] days
5. Leasing Services
- All leases are subject to availability. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
- Lease payments are non-refundable
- Early termination may incur fees per contract terms
6. SaaS Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Services may be canceled with notice per agreement terms
7. Warranties & Repairs
- Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers unless otherwise stated
- Service calls and repairs may incur additional fees
8. Shipping Issues
- Report damaged or missing items within 5 days of delivery
- We will assist in claims with carriers or suppliers
